Despite some major setbacks this year, we made it market and had a great time. Janice brought along a friend from home, Dena, and then her sister, Debbie, who lives in Missouri actually took time off from work to come and help us. I had personal issues and did not make it in until Thursday, but Janice and Dena did a great job of getting everything ready, then the four of us put all the finishing touches on the booth.
Despite the fact I didn't bring my camera, I still got pictures on my phone. Pictures are always better than words, so let me just show you our booth.
We debuted a new book called JUST 4 FUN, and there is no better way to describe it.
The book has four quilts with four matching wreaths. Check out the great doors they were displayed on. Janice painted her little heart out.
This is JUST FOR THE SMILES. Houndstooth and flowers in a springy yellow. Gotta love it.
Summer brings the patriotism with JUST 4 THE POP. The quilt has wavy stripes and the wreath is full of ruffles and buttons.
Black and white chevrons make JUST FOR THE SQUEALS really pop. Little ghosts popping out add a fun accent.
Chistmas would not be complete without a decorated tree. JUST FOR THE JOY adds special touched to the holiday season.
We were also so excited to debut our new STASHBOOK from C & T called BABY TIMES, which includes 24 projects for baby and new mom.
This was part of the display for the book. It is a must have if you have a baby in your life.
This is the JULIA bag. Fun trim and beads add special touches.
Halloween is just around the corner. Just love the black and white checkerboard setting off the inside squares in WITCHY WOMAN.
When i see TWIST AND SHOUT, i just want to throw it in the grass and have a picnic.
Not a great picture, but a great quilt. BLACKBIRD is my favorite new quilt.
This is OB-LA-DI, and it is a stunning quilt made from Basic Grey's Little Black Dress collection.
The back wall had some of our favorite purses. Check out the LUCILLE BAG in laminate on the second row. It was a big hit.
We had fun connecting with all our quilting friends and especially enjoyed making new friends. We even had a little Kansas City Barbeque. We will be having two contests in the next couple of weeks for our new books so check back.
Have a great week.
