I spent yesterday whipping up five new abbey bags. Yes, there are that easy and that fun. All those fabrics to choose from. I chose Moda fabrics, one of my favorites. And as Janice says, "ONE IS NEVER ENOUGH." If you don't know what an Abbey Bag is, it is a pin cushion and a scrap bag or thread catcher. Who knew practical could be so cute.

I LOVE those Abbey bags. I think that I would choose # 2, but they are all awesome. It would certainly beat dropping all those pesky threads and scraps on the floor. Hmmm.

I love Abbey Bag #3! and I can't get into your website to look at the patterns. There is nowhere to click to get in.... but I'll be back to try again. I'd like to buy an Abbey Bag (if you sell them)if I don't win one :)
I like number two, the green and blue are so serene.
I like the variety of patterns and most of all love Remember When, Match Box and September Morn, as my top three.

Wow! I have just spent the better part of an hour on this blog AND your Facebook site! It has been so fun just looking and imagining which ones to choose, where they might fit and who these quilts will go to :) I have just started quilting by joining a group (in fact I was practicing a few small blocks before taking a break and finding you) and it is quite fun to imagine each of these quilts finished (by me!). BUT for now I will continue practicing and finish a walker bag our group is making for a senior group as the monthly project. My favorite Abbey bag is Orange #4 with Red #5 coming in second. Your patterns (with a slight nod to The Beatles) #178 Pepperland, #162 Revolution and #149 Fool on the Hill; have become favorites and jump started my imagination to get those needles flying :) Thanks for having these giveaways, they are very inspiring.
